Ignored By the MSM, John Edwards' Scandal Appealed to SOME People

Sure, American Media Inc. may be carrying more than a half bil in debt, but at like we said, the National Enquirer is one bright spot. Though having seemingly abandoned the John Edwards love child scandal for now, the Enquirer did pick up an 11 percent bump in newsstand sales. Though, framed another way: Only an 11 percent hike?

Obsess much?

Yeah, this story may have been late in coming to a wider audience, but it got it fair shake in the international news cycle (even moreso when you consider its ultimate importance, or lack thereof). If Edwards was the presidential nom (or the Dem VP pick), it would be a much different story.

This seems to be really sticking in your craw, though. You prattled on about the bigger media outlets weren't reporting on it, and then they finally did, ad nauseum, for a few days. (At the expense of bigger issues that to this day, don't get reported.)

Let it go, dude. It's only John Edwards. He's already a hasbeen and has shuffled off in shame.

Please keep after the John Edwards Affair. There are still so many unanswered questions. It was only the 'heat' from NE that got him to confess. BTW The British press has been highly congratulatory about NE's reporting on this and other political scandals. Thanks for all you do.
