John McCain is a Wonderful Ventriloquist
Fear of the Other
,

John McCain accidentally incited a mob yesterday when he spoke before a crowd and asked, "Who is the real Barack Obama?"And of course, some yahoo had to yell out "Terrorist!"

To be fair, McCain looks properly mortified by the comment, or at the very least he's wearing that expression saying, "I'm not sure what they just said but by the way Rick Davis shaking his head back there and mouthing the word 'no' it probably wasn't good."

And as the blogs have pointed out, the problem here isn't that McCain voters are two clicks away from a lynch mob (well, that is a problem, actually) but that the GOP ticket, with their new smear campaign is trafficking in this tres subtle "Obama is not like us" shtick, though they once promised America a clean campaign. Less than a month away from elections, and the gloves have really come off.

I'm waiting for them to hint at the fact that he's black and then the gloves will definitely come off for the Republican Party. In fact, Colin Powell and Condi Rice should be doing commercials reminding people that the road McCain's people are starting to travel down is "downright UnAmerican".

This world is soo fucking racist that the Republicans will say anything about Obama to keep him to keep him out of office because he's black. America is soo fucking backwards the point of living in america was to have freedom and human rights and now White people wanna take those rights away because there scarred of black people if you want the world to be a better place and someone steps up to the plate you should let them do there job no matter what race they are. Who said white people are the only ones who make good decisions, if thats the case then, why did they bring black people over here in the first place!!!

Ava - it is called power and domination.

The problem with these Republican mental midgets is that they seem to think that America is sound in economy and in strength, and they have no clue what is happening in the world.

Barack Obama wants to transcend all the ignorance and mental clutter, but they want to hold on to old world and slave master ideals.

To show you the stupidity of the American government, they rather send 10 billion to Iraq on a war they can't win - and that is NEVER - unless you drop an atomic bomb! Then you have McCain saying we will win the war. HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU WIN A WAR AGAINTS CIVILIANS IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY?? The Americans can hardly even survive the 125 degree heat.

Then you have to beg the question, if Iraq had invaded us, won't you expect to see an American insurgency? So why is the Iraqi insurgency seen as terrorism and we choose to demonize the people we have colonized?

Again, if Americans would put down their flags and understand that the years of DOMINANCE are over and that we have to work together as human beings to fight global warming, and create reputable trade or none of us will survive.

But hey, I am positive this idea will be seen from the perspective of the bible thumpers as waving the white flag.

I am always in awe how they use GOD in everything yet they are so hateful.

What has Barack Obama done in his political career to qualify him as CIC? What is his experience? Why are you voting for him?

As a registered Democrat, master's degree, six figure salary person who considers herself right in the center I can say unequivocally that I have MANY questions about Barack Obama. And I have a right to know as much about him as possible. The media is not fair to the Republicans-admit it. If Johm McCain had as many dubious associations as Senator Obama the NY Times and everyone else would be all over it. As it is they're all in Wasilla, Alaska @ the local coffee shop trying to dig up personal dirt on Sarah Palin. Sometimes I'm so embarrassed to be a Democrat…we say we're all about inclusion yet we blast anyone who doesn't think the party way. And Dem's are mean spirited. Those right wingers have nothing on us.
What concerns me most about Senator Obama is that he has no history of bipartisanship yet speaks of it often. He's really done nothing but give intellectual speeches. He did vote "present" 140 times…he never took a stance. And, as someone who has family in the Chicago area, the political framework there is known to be down, dirty, and crooked….that's where he came from. Reverend Wright and that church was all political. You have to belong to that church to get anywhere in local politics. William Ayers? Come on folks! Think again…if Senator McCain was associated with someone like David Duke? Everyone would be screaming bloody murder…admit that as well. I think that whatever we ask of the "other side" we should ask of ourselves as well.

Why is it that all the OBAMA supporters are playing the race card?? I keep hearing "wait till the Republicans hint about race, blah blah blah" when the people bringing the race card into play are YOU! Obama will turn this country to SOCIALISM!
