I think you handled that situation with Tlatz very professionally, you seem very intelligent. Unfortunately, I don't think Cord shares your reserve. He takes attacks very personally. Molly…she was very unbiased, and she never let anything get to her. She certainly never dedicated an entire thread for posters to ridicule her. She is a very determined individual. She has a strength few have. Be like her. This is a job, not a personal ordeal. On some of the sites I host, I have been scorned far, far worse than any could imagine.
