Remember Julie Fredrickson? The FUCK ALL OF YOU queen of Coutorture? Well, it turns out she is not just psychotic when it comes to fashion blogs, Fashion Week, and Anna Wintour. She is also spending her days stalking down famous-ish bloggers at East Village coffee shops. A few weeks ago, she accosted Opinionista and Huffington Post contributer Melissa Lafsky at Theee Coffee Chamber on Bleecker St. (We blogged from there once. Obviously, never again will we take such a risk.) From Fredrickson's other blog, Almost Girl.

A few days ago I watched a tiny brunette composing a post for HuffPo on boy’s magazines. As a girl who watches the girl rag trade pretty closely (well duh!) I felt compelled to say hi and ask about the Panopticist post on the subject. She responded in a rather unfriendly manner “it was satire you know” and promptly went back to blogging. Well duh I know it is satire.

I thought rather nothing of it because well heck I am just a regular joe blogger and I guess it is only a teeny tiny bit weird to have the blogger sitting next to you ask about your blog post …

Well it turns out that the slightly less than friendly woman sitting next to me was none other than Melissa Lafsky of Opinionista …

Psycho! A source close to Fredrickson says Fredrickson snuck into the coffee shop where Lafsky works to take paparazzi-style photos of her. When the Opinionista asked her to stop with the snapping, Fredrickson responded, "Why? You're a celeb blogger!" (We bet there was a FUCK YOU! in there, too.)

When asked for comment, Lafsky responded, "I never said rude things to her like she claims in her post. She sat down next to me, started reading the Huffpo piece I was writing on my computer, and without introducing herself started commenting on it. It was totally awkward."

And even if she was a little stan-off-ish, who wants some nut taking their picture while they're working? At least give a girl a chance to put her lip gloss on!
