William Fichtner lost his lead role on Invasion; now he's a regular on Prison Break. Even Fichtner's Invasion co-star, Eddie Cibrian, has stayed afloat; with brief stints on Dirty Sexy Money and Samantha Who?, he's got a plot arc on Ugly Betty as Coach Diaz. And today, two new cancellation survivors to add to the list:

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, the lead on the axed Fox drama New Amsterdam, is getting another shot with the sci-fi show Virtuality, also on Fox, signaling the network still has faith in him.

And Ryan Eggold, who lost his job on Courteney Cox's tabloid magazine show Dirt, has been launched into a mildly high-profile role on the resurrected 90210, playing the role of "hot new teacher."
