Well, it's Day Two of the Kim Kardashian Sexgate scandal, which means Kim's already begun the Obligatory Denial phase.

You know, the part where she says she had "nothing to do" with the tape being made public, and tries to portray herself as the victim rather than the shrewd entrepreneur?

Kardashian tells Usmagazine.com that she is “hurt and embarrassed” about the prospect of the tape being made public. She added that she will be issuing a statement about developments to prevent a planned DVD release. She plans to take legal action as soon as today.

(Also, Kim admits that her skimpy Burberry bikini is soooo out of season, although she stands by her decision to chew gum while *ahem* making love).

Anyhow, we've seen all this before, with virtually ever other celebrity sex tape ever made, and yet somehow it's even less believable now that it's coming out of the heavily-glossed lips of Paris Hilton's B.F.F.

And despite the fact that the tape is rather boring and incredibly staged, we can think of one person (other than Kardashian) who's already profiting from all the attention.

Because while we crane our necks and think, 'hey, that dirty-talking Ray J. is actually kinda cute,' the antics of big sister Brandy suddenly seem like a distant memory…

…to everyone except that woman she rammed with her car.
