While Kristin's ex-boyfriend Eric Stapelman confirms those photos going around are of the Sex and the City star (he sold them to a friend, who conveniently had them "stolen" from him), no word yet on whether this is actually Lindsay. But if you believe it's her, what's the difference? And it's not like you haven't seen every square inch of her anyhow.
