Well, there sure has been a lot of overlap between sex and media (and politics) of late. First, we find out via Page Six that a photog from the New York Times was involved in that little porno shoot over at Marc Jacobs (right).

A source at Lucas Entertainment, which is producing an adult-version remake of "La Dolce Vita," tells us it was the snapper's idea to pose Savanna Samson topless with co-star and director Michael Lucas cupping her bare breasts - defying the paper's rules against posed pictures.

We don't really understand what a Times photographer was even doing there … since we can't find any coverage of this in the NYT, but whatevs. They were breaking rules and directing porn, so we can't exactly ignore it.

In other New York porn meets New York media news: more boob grabbing photos. (Janet Jackson's gonna' go out of business if this keeps up.) Yep, Last Night's Party is being translated into book form. So, you can all either breathe a sigh of relief that Bronques never convinced you to take your shirt off or go move to Kentucky before shots of you getting fingered in the bathroom become coffee table lit.
