• Another investment watchdog group advises NYT shareholders to boycott the April 24 vote.

• Photo agency Corbis has 11 million photos, millions and sales, and not a damn clue how to turn a profit.

• Mark Bautz named EIC of TVGuide.com, otherwise known as "where the TV listings went."
