Momofuku's Milk Bar and Bakery Looks Delicious/Crazy Town

There's been tons of noise about David Chang's newest space, opening up this Sunday, to turn his Momofuka triumvirate brand into a quadvirate(?). Let's see, he's already got the ridiculously expensive ramen bar, the ridiculously expensive Momofuka Ko that even Frank Bruni would give his right flank for, and his ssäm bar in the East Village.

Now Chang will add some sugar, some spice, and a brush of Clockwork Orange to his newest locale, and boom: Momofuku's Bakery/Milk Bar, which NY Mag has already proclaimed genius under the hed, Fuku Yes!

Says the mag, "The soft-serve toppings alone are mind-blowing: fingerling potato chips, brown-butter solids, cherry-cola cherries! How about some warm pickled tristar strawberry jam drizzled on top? Or some tristar milk from Thistle Farm?"

Um, sounds delicious/Wonka-esque? Brown-butter solids are particularly off-putting, but we figure if you can combine them with the grapefruit ice-cream, or perhaps the pork-belly bun, your pregnancy natterings will at last be quieted.

Full menu after the jump.
