MSNBC's Talent Soon to Draw DNC Blood From Each Other

Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann, who are not exactly friends, have been tag-teaming the DNC coverage, while folks like David Gregory, Andrea Mitchell, Brian Williams, and, here, Joe Scarborough, have been relegated to remote fill-ins. Even Tom Brokaw has been treated like a second-class citizen, though we love his white pop star mic. But it's here, in the Scarborough interview, where viewers are treated to what's really going on behind the scenes: An on-going power struggle where Olbermann reigns supreme, Matthews accepts he's become MSNBC's No. 2, and everybody else remains in disbelief that things have unfolded this way. And I hope you'll also post a clip of this morning's entertaining dust-up on Morning Joe between Joe and David Schuster. Schu got to Joe with a partisan jab and Joe just tore into his and MSNBC's bias. Joe even managed to berate The Schu for oversleeping 3 times and missing MJ appearances. Good stuff. Joe = pissed.

And Olbermann appeared to be having some sort of emotional breakdown following Michelle Obama's speech. Was he was sobbing as he repeatedly blurted out "case closed" and "pitch perfect?" It was nearly as distasteful as Matthews' tingling leg episode.

Along with the audio problems and other minor errors and glitches (like hearing a petulant Matthews declare he was going on break just before they cut back to him once), it's been quite a ride in Denver.

And when compared to bat-shit crazy Olbermann and borderline manic-depressive Chris Matthews, somehow Scarborough looks like the sanest of the bunch. Sad.

I would just like to say that Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews need to be fired. Their firey tongues are spitting out hatred for Sarah Palin and John McCain because they don't understand the truth. The absolute truth about Obama is out and backed up with facts. We do not need a president who associates with the type of radicals he does.
