Respected Austrian journalist Klaus Emmerich said that he "wouldn't want the Western world to be directed by a black man," before unabashedly admitting that it was a racist comment. Polish lawmaker stood up during a Parliament session after the election and said that Obama's win "marks the end of the white man's civilization" and that "America will soon pay a high price for this quirk of democracy."
