If you don’t follow football, you know that Tom Brady is hot, knocked up Bridget Moynahan and is currently dating Gisele. If you do follow football, you know that Tom Brady is on track to lead the New England Patriots to the NFL’s first undefeated season since the 1972 Miami Dolphins won everything.
The Patriots’ last obstacle to that record is not Peyton Manning’s forehead, but the New York Giants, who they will play on Saturday night.
For a lot of reasons we won’t get into, the main one being that pro-sports are kind of a monopoly that screws the fans, the game was going to be broadcast on the NFL network, which only half the country gets. But Congress, which apparently doesn’t have anything better to do, stepped up the pressure, and now NBC and CBS will simulcast it.
Even if you don’t like football, this is your opportunity to support either NBC or CBS. Personally, we prefer going out on Saturday night to either channel and either team.

It's easy to reach an undefeated season when you cheat like there is no tomorrow. Funny how quickly everyone seems to have forgotten that. At least the Dolphins did more to earn their victories in '72. Way to show that sportsman like conduct isn't necessary for adoration from the media, Patriots. What a crock.

yeah, but you are still a putz who knows nothing about football. or for that matter any other major league sport. if stealing signs is a crime then every baseball player who ever reached second base would be guilty of it. if you dont understand that reference then you truly are a putz. truth be told, it is way beyond imagining that the patriots needed to cheat to win.
