Perez Hilton and the Gap Hate The Constitution So Much

Here's a video of Perez Hilton reading the First Amendment for some kind of "Rock the Vote" campaign the Gap is doing. Well, they had to do something with all that footage they had of him left over from their Unbutton Yourself campaign.

Try to parse out meaning of this video, which is what I imagine a really bad PCP trip at The Box would look like:

 

It's really confusing because Perez Hilton is the number one case against First Amendment Rights, so maybe this is a subversive tactic by shadowy government figures to convince viewers to give away all their personal rights so they never have to hear Perez Hilton speak again?
