Project Runway Spoiled

Rumor has it that Project Runway booted out designer Jack Mackenroth in the fifth episode for developing an HIV Staph infection.
The skin infection apparently made his skin blow up “like the kid from Mask.”
Bravo rejecting an HIV positive contestant is sort of like having an HIV-negative-only gay dance party. Oh wait, that already happened.

I think that is totally idoitic to state. I am sure that when he came on Project Runway they asked all to state whether they had any serios medical issues. I am sure that Jack would have been moe than honest in disclosing them. By stating otherwise is to demean the very man that you are trying to protect.
Staph is contagious weather or not the person is HIV positive. The staph infection was the reason he had to leave, most likely, not because he was HIV positive.
How dare you suggest that PR "booted" Jack off. I, along with at least thousands of others, saw that episode and Jack chose to leave because of the infection. He was too ill to continue. Everyone, including Tim, cried. Boo and jeers, troublemaker!
RIDICULOUS!! Don't you have better things to do? It is obvious that his having to leave has to do with the staph and not HIV. Jack even said in an interview that it was because of the staph and that he was very angry that people would think otherwise…
MRSA is extremely contagious, and he was sharing facilities with other housemates. He chose to leave, realizing his health came first, although, the show would have faced liability if the others, or staff,
developed this staph nightmare. I have a feeling that Jack will be offered a spot next year, or maybe he'll return if someone else drops out? The show seems to have more integrity than other reality shows, so, I have confidence they all did the right thing.
Good luck to Jack. Get well!
I saw the show and the interview, everyone was sad to see Jack go; but he volunteered to leave
because of the staph, not because of his illness to HIV. I do not see any discrimination here.
I myself would love to be on this show, is it possible??
Thanks for allowing my opinion!
