The reason I have sort of taken a step back in my career, if you like, is because I am a mother [of two teenage daughters], and I'm not like a man, who will go off on the road for a year. I don't want to do that, but I couldn't do it anyway-it's not my choice. But that's why there's been less of me. So it's been a kind of balance of trying to still do some of it.
