Obviously we are big players since we got you to beg us to take down your first account, which we only did temporarily, because we were certain that you wouldn't keep your word as it wasn't in your best interests.

There were no modifications to the backend, those are voted by people as I have all of the IP addresses. Since you know nothing about databases or technology in general, I would shut up about that.

This argument on the comments is great. Ratemypromoter.com is an awesome site. People should really use it and post comments! There aren't enough comments of bad stories of nights out on there yet. There are a lot of BS promoters who are good people (I would assume bc I don't associate myself with garbage) but bring out a horrendous crowd - people leave their boroughs to get away from the crowd I speak of (fake tans, guidos, general assholes, etc)..not to be put in a room full of them..I almost want to call out these clowns - but I know better.

At least i was nice enough because I know david to give him a second chance…It was really against the whole point of the site because then anyone can just complain to me and I will give them a chance.

Yeah, of course I complained cause it's completely inaccurate and used as a means of self-promoting DNR.

Why wouldn't I complain when something that's being heralded as being unbiased and accurate is COMPLETELY one-sided and used as a GIMMICK.

- DNR rarely ever runs parties

- DNR is oftentimes a subpromoter of those people that actually have the "full deal"

- DNR is not influential in the NYC nightlife scene

You're welcome to promote your website as much as you want and then vote for yourself in hopes of conjuring up new business and then downvote your competitors so that you can TRICK AND DELUDE Manhattan clubgoers but…. the fact is that DNR, Bruno, etc. are subpromoters, don't run parties and have significantly limited influence in the NYC nightlife scene.

And if you would like to continue to lie then i'd be happy to actually demonstrate this by having your BS company removed from some of the clubs that you currently work with.

which i know for a fact i wouldnt have addressed you but your are talking about DNR as a whole at this point. Why dont you ask before you talk, you are a sub at grand, you dont run grand, we went over your envelope the other night, nothing is wrong with being a sub, but we arent. Bruno and Rai work with us as well, Star & Celebrity we do get our own deals and do have % and we do handle payouts with staff as well as hiring them. We also book the djs and events. You did not book the nfl pre-party your a sub once again at touch, where DNR has great relations. I personally dont care about you, you as a person doesnt produce you have subs that do. Which is ok but dont try to knock sub promoters, there are great subs that make great money. You have never gotten your own deal which i know for a fact, i will not go back and forth with you. Just dont criticize a good thing, ratemypromoter.com is a great idea and you know it. If you had great ranks you wouldnt be compaining, if your such a great promoter (which i dont doubt) get your people to vote for you.

Wow, so much drama…

I'm not a bad person, and honestly, Bruno isn't a bad person and he can attest to the fact that i've always paid him well and on time when he's worked with us.

However, i'm just being honest here and while i know that people oftentimes get offended and take it personally and get their pride hurt when attacked, the fact is that there's no point having foolish pride and misrepresenting yourself.

So… to reiterate, lets clear up some things:

- We run parties, or… in instances where we're doing ~4 venues a night, we are partners in the party (just like we are at Grand)

- DNR - but specifically Bruno - are subpromoters (which is completely cool) but… they rarely ever have a doorman take care of their people, therefore their people are not afforded the absolute best treatment.

- Even at Grand, a party which i've been doing for ~3 months, yet haven't even showed up at for 2 months, we have someone there that takes care of ALL our people and provides them with VIP treatment….

- At Home & Guest House, we've been there for almost 3 years, longer than anyone else. The doormen take care of virtually every single one of our people (and if a person doesn't get in, then there's a specific reason why - dresscode, too many guys, etc.)

- At Touch… we're partners in the party and everyone gets in…. when Bruno did Touch he was an afterthought and no one was there to take care of his people cause…. the fact of the matter is that he's insignificant…

- Honestly, no one i've ever spoken to has said, "i'm going to hang out with Bruno Orlando…" lol. it just doesn't happen cause…. he's insignificant.

- I don't know who Katie G is but…. it wouldn't surprise me what she said… We, our entire team, have executed contracts with EVERY venue we work with that includes drink tickets, compensation, etc..

- Bruno, as a subpromoter, has nothing

- I'd bet that Bruno can't even GET INTO 50% of the exclusive clubs in Manhattan because no house doorman knows who he is, nor do they respect him…

- i have some venues that i've had beef with in the past, but… at least there's mutual respect there & they are accommodating

In Summary:

1) Bruno is using this website as a means of stroking his ego when he's completely insignificant

2) Bruno rarely ever runs parties and is at the mercy of the partners of the party

My recommendation is for Bruno to work harder, hit the gym so that he can lose some weight, and stop trying to be fake and portray himself as something he's not cause he's a "nice to have" promoter, a "throw in", but nothing more.

To KatieG — I did not kick you girls out, you weren't even sitting at my table area and I was outside talking actually to David's door guy, who is mad cool, about this whole situation with david. PS -the whole green room wasn't my crowd, most of my crowd was outside dancing. There are many people that will verify that i always take care of people, including other promoters like AM, etc, as I go out only for fun and not to make money (Unlike david jaffee who supposingly works in a cubicle all day and night as an investment banker and still needs to be cheap with his payouts to his subs). Trust me, if he was a real investment banker, he wouldn't have time to do promotions since they are slaves (but make alot of money if they are good)

Regardlesss of what is said, this will be my last post as I do not have to defend myself to anyone. Expect to see repeated posts by David jaffee as he will still try to hurt me, but trust me it will take a lot more than his words to do that. He always talks about "being known in nyc nightlife." I will admit, I am not the most known but thats because I rather be known in the business world, where in the IT field, I am well known for my Java skills.

Ratemypromoter.com is not a means of self promotions. I do not even go out that much so it won't benefit me to self promote. The site gets plenty of monetary income on its own and thats the only reason why i made it.

I can attest to Bruno hooking me up when I went to The Grand about 3 weeks ago. I don't know him too well but he still invited us for drinks at his table all night with all of my girls. It was a great night out. But to be fair, Hecktor also gave us a bottle ticket to get our own bottle, which we put with DNR because they were cool with us. It turned out to be a great night out to hang, rather than promote..oh my partner Alex and I are A.M.

I really wanted to let this go, as i don't want to hurt anyone's feelings (and i wanted Bruno to retain a bit of dignity) but he's writing things which are blatantly untrue so I would just like to set the record straight:

1) First of all, you (Bruno) should be THANKING me cause I'm promoting you right now…. if i wasn't writing these messages then no one would know who you are cause you're an insignificant amateur that brings out 10 people.

2) Thank you for kissing my doorman's ass. Yes, i know he's great, hence why he works with us and takes care of ALL our people :-) I love him like a Brother because he's an honest and amazing person.

3) Funny that you're under the impression that i tried to have you banned from Touch. Do you really think that i care about this stupid tiff enough to attempt to have you banned from Touch? lol. i didn't even think about you at all on Friday evening.

4) Good job bringing out your 10 people last Friday and having all of our door staff accommodate your people. You don't have your own door people, since obviously you can't afford it since they make more money in the NYC nightlife industry than you do.

5) People typically work in this industry for two reasons: money and girls.

You, Bruno Orlando, don't succeed in EITHER of these two areas! You're about 225 pounds and bring out 10 people that drink out of a comped bottle - and then you complain when the bottle runs out and your attempts at begging for more bottles and drink tickets fail.

6) Instead of making stuff up and creating BS sites for the purposes of your own ego and to get back at people that you have a vendetta against (yet play it off like it's an objective site - when you're the only joker voting), i think you should spend your time making phone calls to Subway, Quiznos, Lucille Roberts or Weightwatchers….. you'd make a lot more money being a representative and icon (similar to Jared from Subway) than you will by being a nightlife promoter.

7) Remember when you couldn't even get into Lotus and sent me a text message saying, "they won't let me in without paying." And then i had to tell you what to say so that you could come and pick up the money that i had for you? That's representative of how much of a joke you are… no one in this industry knows who you are and no one respects you.

8) We're not a "sub" for Mario & Erica. LOL. They're my partners. We work together on virtually everything and they're great. We're likely opening up a new venue, Palace, within ~6-8 months too :-)

9) This David Hauslaib guy obviously has an erection for me cause he keeps talking about me when i've never heard of him before. Actually, i never even heard of this BS site before he apparently got jealous that his girlfriend came onto me.

Bruno… you're not a bad guy. But.. you're just insignificant and you're a joke…. Your time would be better spent at the gym working off the extra 50 pounds that you've gained and actually doing productive things so that your broke and pathetic ass can earn respect. Hey anon. I’m not forgetting at all, back in March 2005 I was a sub-promoter for Bloc Group, Velvet List, Impulse (David & Adam’s company), Jon Gabel, etc. Ironically, we’re now currently much larger (and definitely more profitable) than most of these Companies - except for Jon Gabel cause he’s so well-established.

Actually, while initially starting off I “subbed” for essentially anyone that worked @ decent venues, was honorable & would provide me with an opportunity; it had to be that way because I was a new entrant to the business and didn’t know anyone.

Regarding Touch, Erica & Mario are my partners for the party. We’re compensated with a flat salary plus production. Erica pays my promoters directly since her brother oftentimes is the cashier & Chris keeps the numbers - Hecktor’s @ The Grand for the evening.

Plus, all our parties are solid & fun. The industry, as a whole, can’t “brag” at the current moment cause virtually everyone is struggling. I have to endure conference calls about providing greater assistance @ Marquee cause individuals are worried about parties there; it’s just how things currently are given the overall state of the economy.

I just want to say that a few weeks ago David Jaffee started harassing me on facebook. I told him I wasn't interested yet he kept stalking me online. Then to make things worse I ran into him at a night club and he pretty much cornered me at a table and kept saying how he wanted to do dirty and disgusting things to me.
