God forbid Angelina and Brad ever split: if things end up looking the way they do for this Madonna/Guy Ritchie divorce, the only child worth having a custody battle over is the biological one.
Rumors say Guy was crying on the set of his Sherlock Holmes film after he saw a picture of his son Rocco wearing a New York Yankees shirt, an outfit no doubt picked by his mother and her new lover A-Rod to specifically hurt Guy during the beginnings of what looks like the messiest divorce since McCarthy/Mills:
And sure, that makes sense. Why should Guy want David Banda when that whole adoption thing was so messy and Madonna's idea anyway? And no one is saying that it's suddenly a privilege to be yanked around like a piece of meat while Mommy and Daddy figure out how best to use you to get more money out of each other. But what's better: to be part of the bitter custody battle or to find out daddy doesn't even care enough to fight for you?
But still. Goddamn, that Banda kid is going to be so sad when he grows up. So sad and surrounded by money, hopefully. At least Lourdes has been through this a couple times before, so maybe she can teach her younger adopted brother how to cope when Mommy's career and public image takes precedence over their well-being.
We have only just begun to witness the bitterness and cruelty that she is capable of. She has no class whatsoever.

This whole Rocco's wearing a Yankee's shirt is hilarious. Before the split, Guy was photographed with Rocco in New York and shockingly, Rocco was wearing a Yankees shirt. Funny how him wearing that shirt immediately means Madonna is evil and not that Rocco is old enough to pick what he's going to wear for the day and is perhaps a Yankee fan?

Why bring up Angelina and Brad? There is no indication that they will split any time soon and not all splits turn out to be evil. Both Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie appear to be caring, loving people, completely unlike Madonna.
Yeah, why bring up Brangelina? They won't have a custody battle; it's not like they ever got married. It'll be just like all the other cases of illegitimate kids out there, duh.
I fail to see how Madonna is to blame. Unlike all the Madonna bashers, I hesitate to bash Ritchie, as I don't know him, but it seems he he has shown himself to value only his blonde, biological child and not the half-Hispanic stepdaughter he raised for eight years, nor the little, adopted African child that "only Madonna wanted". To me, this says a lot about his heart and his character in contrast to Madonna's. And Ritchie is not the one who ends up looking good.
He knows he has no claim to the daughter and it's Madonna who wanted the adopted son so much, so, in a courtroom she would prevail. If he has a claim to any child, it's his biological son, especially since she is planning of taking him out of the country. In the USA, the father may lose custody, but it is still difficult for the mother to move the kid to a different STATE, let alone country, without the permission of the father, unless it is proven that abuse of the child went on.
She is a witch and a do as I say, not as I do mother. She doesn't allow her kids TV, yet she had no problem sluting it up on MTV all those years for the kids of everyone else. He has zero claim on the girl. And who says he doesn't care about the adopted boy?
