Rumor control — it's Naomi, hold the phone

Naomi Campbell

Yesterday we had some scrapped together reports of psycho model Naomi Campbell's attack on her hired help. Here's the update … and because we love you guys, we beg of you to steer clear of Park Avenue for the next few days.

One of the super model's gillion housekeepers, Ana Scolavino, was helping her get dressed yesterday when she was unable to locate the jeans Campbell wanted to wear. Allegedly, Campbell responded by chucking her Blackberry at the back of Scolavino's head, causing a bloody three inch gash.

Campbell accused Solavino of stealing her jeans, which the maid insists she wouldn't steal … duh, obviously she couldn't fit in them. As a refresher, the New York Post reminds us of Campbell's previous moments of craziness, including the July 2005 attack on Yvonne Scio and the September 2001 beating of her personal assistant — again with the phones.

If accused of this violent attack, Campbell could face up to seven years in jail, and deportation.

If it's not yet obvious by now, it seems that all phones, clothing, and females who work for a living need to kept far, far away from the mean girl.

Especially now that Motorola just released the Pebl, which is practically built for chucking at the help.
