Anyway, as is our duty, the woman The National Enquirer claims John Edwards was inside is pregnant and has relocated to Chapel Hill. The baby is John’s, according to sources at The National Enquirer.
In case you forgot, getting some chick knocked up while you’re cheating on your cancer-ridden wife is considered bad form.
Andrew Young, an ex-key official in Edwards’s campaign with a young family of his own, says he’s Rielle Hunter’s baby-daddy. The Edwards campaign seems like one big party, a losing party, but still a party.

After watching them, Edwards seems very smitten with Hunter. But maybe he is smitten with lots of people, so we should conclude anything from that.
If true, it's just incredible to me that Edwards would spend all this time traveling from state to state, keeping long hours, meeting millions of dull people — to get this far and then shoot himself in the foot. I just don't get it. It's an ego type I'll never comprehend (if it's true).
But then look at Gary Hart. He did the exact same thing.
WOW! Just what I would have expected from a politician. Lies, sex, and cover-up. If he's not the father then why not just say early on that she was involved with an ex-campaign worker, and friend, Mr. Young? Only now, after word has gotten out is John Edwards denying it. Sounds true to me. People shot themselves in the foot all the time doing stupid things that seem like a good idea at the time. Just look a Bill and Monica. Need I say more. I feel sorry for Edwards's wife. How horrible it must be to be sick with cancer and also have to deal with this. Edwards should not have even run for president while his wife is sick. Too much time away from home campaigning. I would want as much time with my family as I could get if I were dying from cancer. I know they said it was a joint decision, but deep down I know I would want to spend every moment with my loved one. He can run anytime. John Edwards just seems self absorbed to me.
