Sarah Palin Can't Stand to Hear Her Own Voice
Even when it's Tina Fey impersonating it

Tonight, Fox News' Sean Hannity sits down with Sarah Palin for her second interview (and the pre-Katie Couric one). Among the tres important topics discussed? Tina Fey.

Hannity: Governor, there???s one last question I want to ask you. Did you watch Tina Fey on Saturday night?

Palin: I watched with the volume all the way down. I thought it was hilarious. I thought she was spot on.

Hannity: Do you think you could play her one day?

Palin: Absolutely. It was hilarious. Again, didn???t hear a word she said, but the visual, spot on.

Hannity: Did anyone ever say that before that there was a similarity in terms of looks?

Palin: They???ve been saying that for years up in Alaska. In fact, I dressed up as Tina Fey once for Halloween. So we???ve been doing that before Tina Fey has been doing that!

"I watched with the volume all the way down."

That's just a bit too convenient. McCain's advisers probably suggested that she say that so she wouldn't have to respond to the actual content of the satire… the theme that Sara Palin is all charisma and charm, with only a marginal understanding of the pressing issues of the day. Why stare at an entire 4 minute comedy sketch without turning the sound on? Who does that? Nobody.

why on EARTH would a political candidate purposedly CHOOSE not to listen to what MILLIONS of people are listening, SPECIALLY if it's got to do with your most important endeavor: your bid for VP. It seems to me that KNOWLEDGE is a powerful weapon, alas.. once again, Palin proves it is just not that important to her.

Yeah, that's how she watches the news, too; with the sound off, pretending she understood every word.

I think if you hate your voice, and know she is going to say things you don't believe, why feel bad? Have a staffer say if it was good or not. Celebs have people that guard them from seeing bad mail.

It's such an obvious lie … why say it? Of course she listened to it - what an odd way to spend your credibility. How does she know it's "hilarious" and "spot on" - if she didn't hear the voice or content??

Tina Fey would be a more credible vice president than the palid Palin.

Sarah aren't you making a bit too obvious you are full of sh*t?
SP - "Yeah so, I didn't watch it with the sound on. Oh, by the way, did I tell you that the sound was off when I was watching, didn't hear a word!"

Aside from the fact that most regular people in this world watch TV WITH the sound on, especially comedy where the comedic value is totally dependent on what is being said, she just can't even tell a lie properly.

She's pissed off that Fey nailed her, not just in looks and mannerisms, but in content.

Geez, here you jokers are, already all suffering the Socialist Psychosis and Bush Derangement Syndrome and only a couple weeks into the sixteen and a half years during which at first Governor and then Vice President and subsequently United States President and Armed-Forces Commander-In-Chief Palin will stand astride the nation — and the world — and you're already all demonstrating all of the symptoms and projecting the psychopathology of stage four terminal Sarah Palin Derangement Psychosis.

Guess all y'all'll be having a really tough next sixteen years!

Brian is correct. The left is getting "Palined" to death. Watching the election results on 11/4 will be one of the greatest days in American history. Liberals in this country are truly pathetic. They are going to lose an election that they thought was in their back pocket. Now that's comedy.
