Sarah Palin was on The Today Show yesterday with secretly-roasted Matt Lauer to discuss how annoying it was that Katie Couric asked her about what newspapers she read in Alaska:
To me that was a little bit annoying. Because I'm like, what do you mean, what do I read in Alaska? I read the same things that you guys read in New York.
And there in LA and in Washington state. What do you mean what I read up there? But anyway, just– just some annoyance, that certainly I'm sure showed through. And, you know, perhaps that annoyance that showed through would have led some to be annoyed with me watching the interview.
Except, erm, hate to stop ya there Sarah, but we have this thing called YouTube now, and you can see for yourself that's not the question the Couric asked you.
Whoops. It's hard to keep your stories straight when you are busy teaching your 7-year old daughter how to wear the $1,300 high heels that mommy swindled the GOP out of.
it's not "The Today Show"; it's "Today", written like this the "Today" show. I get why you do it - everyone calls it the today show but it's TODAY. that is all.
If that woman uses the word "annoyance" one more time, I'd wrap that word around her and strangle her with it. She IS the epitamy of that word and that is why she and her guy were not elected. One of the reasons anyway. She IS a hockey mom who, by luck and chance became a mayor and who, by luck and chance, became a governor ONLY two years ago. She doesn't have the eloquence, elegance and brains of an Obama. She's just a lucky chick, who's luck ran out.

Unlike you right-wingers, those of us with more moderate mindsets are quite secure; we see the opinions of those who differ as simply another way of looking at things - not as personal attacks.
What was "annoying" to me was her answer to Matt's question re: Obama as commander in chief. She kept saying as long as he surrounds himself with people who understand the seriousness of terrorism, blah, blah, blah. And for the record, who stands around in the kitchen in a freaking suit to make a casserole, halibut and salmon or otherwise?
Couric is annoying.
