Sarah Palin's Yahoo Hacker Indicted

"A federal grand jury has indicted the son of a Democratic Tennessee state lawmaker in connection with the hacking of the e-mail account of Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin. David Kernell, 20, of Knoxville, Tenn., the son of state Rep. Mike Kernell, was scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday before U.S. Magistrate Judge C. Clifford Shirley, according to a statement from the Justice Department." [AP]

Shouldn't this be considered the equivalency of a Modern Day Watergate?

The only difference with today's technology is that you don't have to break in to an office at 2am to gather information.

You can do it from you home.
