Southern Country Star Lives Up to Stereotype While Stereotyping

Goddamn, The South! Y'know, we really do try to cut you some slack – seriously, we do – but you just make detesting you so easy sometimes.

During a July 30 interview on talking face Glenn Beck's radio broadcast, Toby Keith, Oklahoman and the musical genius behind the hit pro-lynching anthem "Beer for My Horses," told Beck that he thinks Barack Obama is highly successful with black Americans because "he don't talk, act or carry himself like a black person." Read a map lately!?!? Oklahoma is in the MIDWEST. But I guess it doesn't matter if it's not egomanical New York City or jaded LA, huh? And yes, the guy is an asshat. That's why we Southerners won't claim him either!

How is this any different than what Ralph Nader said? ("Obama is trying to talk white")

WTF is talking "White"? Seriously, is Obama supposed to talk Ebonics to black people? Do black people not speak English? What does this 4th grader Keith mean? Absolutely pathetic..

I don't get it, according to "white society" is Obama supposed to dress like FIDDY CENTS in order to appeal to black people?

I love how he says BLACK SOCIETY as if we are in different worlds.. Well I guess we are economically, disparity in healthcare, prisons, education which are all easily correlated with POVERTY!!
