From a reader with too much time, anger, on her hands: "I can understand why Keith Olberman is scared. He's a neurotic guy who reports in terms of one extreme or the other. This is indicative of a neurotic person. There is no balance mentally–no middle ground. When he suggests somebody take Hillary Clinton into a room and that she should not come out, he implied, metaphorically or not, that she'd be permanently gone (either by the tradional bloody way or by the wave of Obama's fairy godmother's wand. Now, there just might be some nut out there who likes Hillary who decides what's good for the goose is good for the gander. Got that Keith. So, if I were you, I'd be watching my food, my mail and my back. I certainly wouldn't fault you for that. I'd be damn scared and maybe stop reporting exaggerations about people. Oh, and I'd put myself in therapy with a good therapist–a female one."
Is that because Keith argued the guy who succeeds against Hillary Clinton will be "somebody who can take her into a room and only he comes out"?
Yikes. 1) I'm glad that wasn't me, because I too have too much on my hands. 2) She didn't end her parenthetical, and that annoys me to no end.
