JUST BECAUSE THE MEDIA IS OVER THE DEATH OF DONDA WEST, DOESN'T MEAN KANYE IS Kayne West will perform a tribute to his mother at the Grammys. What a good son. [People]

Donda West, the woman who gave birth to Kanye West, who we all love, died following a tummy tuck last year. Knowing all the Freudian issues Kanye had, everyone was super sad for him, and blamed her plastic surgeon, Dr. Jan Adams. But it wasn't really his fault
A coroner report could not settle on a cause of death, and implies it was a combination of heart disease and post-surgery problems. As a precautionary measure, let’s make sure Dr. Jan Adams never practices medicine again.

Dr. Jan Adams refuses to comment on the specifics regarding Donda "Mother of Kanye" West's death. And by "refuses to comment" we mean "says 'there was no problem whatsoever when she left [his] office' and implies that she totally ODed on prescription painkillers. [E! Online]
• When Ralph Fiennes travels, he typically flies first class and bangs the airplane stewardess. When John Stamos travels, he gets attacked by a crazy woman who slaps him and steals his seat. Worse? They cut him off after three in-flight scotches.
• With Heath Ledger looking like that in Manhattan, Brooklyn has never felt prouder.
• Matt Damon is People magazine's Sexiest Man of the Year? Eh, we were always on Team Affleck.
• Portia de Rossi doesn't mind getting type cast as a lesbian. A shemalé, however, is a completely different matter.

Things continue to be miserable for Dr. Jan Adams, the surgeon who killed hip-hop.
After losing a patient and having his DUI records put up on TMZ, Dr. Adams is now losing his residuals.
Before this mess, Adams was the host of "Plastic Surgery: Before and After" on Discovery Health. The network is pulling reruns of the show this week, to “be sensitive to everyone at this point” because clearly the best way to get over the death of a parent is to destroy the cable career of their plastic surgeon.

Donda West, best known outside of the Chicago State University as Kanye’s mom, died this weekend.
The former head of the Chicago State English department, inspiration for “Hey Mama” and author of Raising Kanye: Life Lessons From the Mother of a Hip-Hop Star died on Saturday night from unknown causes, though some are speculating complications from surgery was the reason.
Kanye West was in London when he heard the news, and returned to the states to be with his family.
