Fox News is back to its anti-trans ways!
The network garnered some queer criticism earlier this year after trash talking trans man Thomas Beatie.
Now anchor Gregg Jarrett and US Magazine editor-at-large Ian Drew take a few shots at Isis, America's Next Top Model's new trans model. Our favorite part comes when Drew calls Isis' inclusion as a ratings grab and a television trend. Jarrett, of course, is flabbergasted by "him or her."

Alexis Arquette may be getting shit for perhaps, maybe, possibly being not a transexual but "merely" a cross-dresser. And yes, perhaps Alexis Arquette is getting shit for her reality show never getting picked up, which meant she had to make the movie Alexis Arquette: She's My Brother, which premiered at Tribeca this week. But she's also handing it out to Us Weekly's West Coast senior editor Ian Drew, telling Huffington Post, "Eventually I started to realize his work as a tabloid reporter might have SOMETHING to do with our friendship."
In unrelated news, the mobs of reporters trolling Bungalow – and, effective immediately, Pete Wentz's Angels And Kings – are refilling your coke stash because they genuinely are interested in how Hollywood is out to get you.

Ken Baker isn't the only Us Weekly staffer wrapped up in party drama. While the West Coast executive editor allegedly tosses charity events and oft-expects press hounds to do it for free, West Coast senior editor Ian Drew is also hanging from the freebie soiree scandalabra — but not by his own volition.
We hear a one Charmaine Blake (of Charmaine Blake Public Relations, naturally) is trying to throw Drew a tribute party he doesn't even want. Yes, that's right, tribute. And, after checking in with Us Weekly, we're told their ethics standards would prohibit an editor from having such a party. "Ethics standards," who knew?
But Drew's lack of participation isn't keeping Charmaine from throwing the event. She told us the party was set for November 5 at the Roosevelt Hotel and, likely confused about what "Jossip" is, asked if we'd like to submit clients. "Maybe!" we said. But why does Drew deserve a "tribute party" anyhow? "He's had such a great career and has done so much and accomplished so much." Gotcha. (We also understand this isn't the first time Charmaine has tried throwing parties for Us staffers.)
In the end, we were willing to let this story die with the tabloid's assurance there would be no Ian Drew at the Ian Drew Tribute party. And then we heard Drew – just like boss Baker – has been shopping himself around to the competition. He's interviewed at at least two other publications. And the fun doesn't end there.
Drew is the editor behind the Britney Spears-Kevin Federline sex tape story that resulted in a $20 million defamation suit against Janice Min's rag when, you know, it turned out there was no sex tape that Britney and Kevin watched with their lawyers. The lawsuit, we're informed, is working itself through the courts. But when Drew's potential new employers asked about that little matter, Ian insisted the lawsuit had been settled. Oops.
