The hottie and the nottie

Here is America's Newsroom's Megyn Kelly, mortified that Newsweek's cover with Sarah Palin isn't airbrushed to make the governor look like the model she once was. Sorry Megyn, is this better?

What else could you expect from a woman

Megyn Kelly is the worst kind of moron: tthe blond, perky, Republican kind. America's Newsroom is only watchable because it's fun to see all the sexual tension between Bill Hemmer and Kelly, but Hemmer needs to put a ball-gag on that woman before they're both axed for being too racist — even for Fox News.

First she started in with that baby's mamma crap with the Obamas, and today on a radio show she made these awesome comments about a fashion show the DNC speeches:

"I stand by my comments on the Michelle Obama dress…bluish-green is not the color for these women."

The woman after Megyn jumps in to clarify that she was referring to the women speaking in front of a blue wall, "And it blended in–you were right–it blended in with that background." But still, Kelly needs to watch what she says more carefully in the future, as these soundbites are all that are needed to start a media snowball and Keith Olbermann meltdown.

Well, at least she said "these women" instead of "those women," or "you people." Little known fact: It's not racism if you change a letter. Semantics are tricky that way.

Fox News is blaming a producer's "poor judgment" for referring to Michelle Obama as "Obama's Baby Mama" in a chyron during a segment hosted by anchor Megyn Kelly, bringing the total to three, in as many weeks, the number of times the network has apologized for inappropriate references to the senator. The least they could do, of course, is find a reason to have to apologize to Cindy McCain.

Michelle Malkin, traitor to the human race and champion of causing unnecessary trouble for Rachael Ray and Dunkin' Donuts, hit up Fox News yesterday to talk about Michelle Obama, wife of Barack. There, Megyn Kelly tried to drum up some controversy about Obama's statements about feeling proud of her country and, while Kelly insisted she didn't "want to get into it because it's rumor and it's not proven, but there have been rumors on the Internet about her, totally unsubstantiated," she absolutely does get into it. But maybe that's not the most ridiculous part of this segment. Maybe that honor goes to the lower-third, which referred to Barack's wife as "Obama's baby mama." It has the eery, unsettling hint of bigotry – would they use that line for John McCain's wife Cindy? – and it's likely there's more to come. Clip below.

hemmerkelly.jpg How did Megyn Kelly go from Washington lawyer to American Morning co-host in just four short years? The rapid ascent of the Fox News anchor has all the trappings of a typical meteoric rise to prominence: She's blonde, beautiful, and gives good … tape.

"Did The New York Times give preferential treatment to a V.I.P. in its wedding pages?" Um, ALWAYS? But here's some maybe-solid evidence: In covering the wedding of Fox News' Megyn Kelly, there was no mention of her previous marriage, which ended in 2006; Times policy dictates previous marriages be mentioned and attributes this instance as a "mistake." Like her first marriage!
