T.I., who was caught last October trying to buy illegal machine guns with silencers and has been confined to his home on a $3 million bond since, is expected to plead guilty this afternoon in Atlanta. Last year, he talked a lot about looking forward to being exonerated. It looks like his lawyers convinced him that was never going to happen. Sometimes man, I can be a real rational, clear-thinking, level-headed, trouble-solving person. I can really figure out how to deal with issues appropriately and apply them to it. If I don't allow myself that time, if I don't exercise patience and really end up straight to do that, I can also let myself go into a whole 'nother level of being carried away. Rapper T.I. was arrested and thrown into jail this weekend, thereby precluding him from performing at the ensuing BET Awards. The charge? Attempting to illegally buy shitloads of machine guns with silencers. Must be all that damned hip-hop music he's been listening to/creating! That, or he's out of his fucking mind.
Also worth noting: A Google image search for "T.I." (a.k.a. the big, scary rapper with the big, scary gun collection) predominantly yielded calculators.
Which should come in mighty handy when it comes time to figure out how much money T.I.'s losing in record sales and endorsements on account of being incarcerated. Indefinitely.
