Turner, who owns half the state of Montana, was on Tavis Smiley on Tuesday to espouse some of his more "controversial" beliefs (like women in developing nations should have access to birth control and sexual education?) and so naturally Tim Graham is getting crazy-psycho over at Newsbusters over Turner''s support of eugenics family planning.

British journalist John Gapper received loads of criticism yesterday after describing Rachel Maddow as a "chirpy gay liberal." Feeling a unfairly attacked, Gapper took to his blog today to explain his comments, which he says were woefully misconstrued:
Tim Graham is the portly Director of Media Analysis at the Media Research Center, which sounds very Marshall McLuhan but in actuality is a conservative watchdog group. So already you know what station he likes to make guest appearances on (hint: rhymes with "box"). This man is obsessed with MSNBC's recent woes, and bringing down Keith Olbermann.
