Doesn't seem any less reasonable then some shots taken of other celebrities without their makeup, bending over in an uncomfortable position and snapped with limbs all akimbo so that they look ill or worse.
Only the people that still believe celebrities aren't airbrushed on magazine covers are likely to be upset over what Wintour looks like sans makeup. Of course - those people are likely her readers…
