To drum up buzz for her single "7 Things" and its Brett Ratner-directed music video release, Disney starlet Miley Cyrus claims the song is about an ex-boyfriend who she wants "to be upset. That was my point. Maybe after my video we'll hear from somebody, because it's pretty honest." Naturally, the finger pointing lands squarely on Jonas Brothers star Nick Jonas, as the two were said to have dated last year — but let's not play pretend: the whole scenario was very likely a Mickey Mouse orchestrated set up to drive interest in their brands. And now that the two have "split" (just in time to promote the tour)? The perfect time for a "boys suck!" anthem!
Know what it's also perfect time for? Speculating on another break up … between Miley an Disney.
More than happy to print pure speculation as near-fact, OK! runs with the rumor that Miley is on the outs with the company that built her, with those Vanity Fair photos and sliding ratings for Hannah Montana as evidence Disney wants to dump her. And: They're priming replacements Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez to become the next brand name stars. Not that this isn't the natural course of events for Disney talent. But also, Disney isn't stupid: Hannah Montana remains a cash machine with its touring, merchandise, and, yes, even the TV show. And as for the twosome calling it quits? Not likely, until at least next year's Montana movie comes out, the press wraps up, the merchandise moves off the shelves, and dad-ager Billy Ray comes calling for a bigger cut.

The day Disney dumps Miley ("the goose that laid the golden egg") is the day I start wiping my butt with hundred dollar bills.
Joey, I don't get it. But, anyway, Miley is a pure, natural, unadulterated 100% hardcore talent to be reckoned with that will endure whether with Disney or without, y'all. Good luck in getting Lovato or Gomez to *ever* come close to being the natural Miley is, was and always will be. Rock on Miley Cyrus! Oh, and shame on you, Nick. Think long and hard about a big apology. You will be the winner if she gives you a second chance at it!
i think miley is great and cute. disney should think a lot before taking a big decision. they should first know whether the rumours about miley are true. as far as i know i dont think they are true and i am sure none of us do. they need a strong proof to prove any thing about miley and not just believing some internet photos. come on guys it can be any one who did that but not miley suurely. and ya selena is also cute and nice and i think she should be given a chance
its obvious Disney is not going to fire Miley. shes making them waaay too much money for that. they just wanna sound strict to the public so it doesnt make it seem like they're letting her do whatever she wants. but they are. as long as shes making them money. they could care lesss about her problems.

And the fact that you think Miley has talent is a JOKE, because I've heard my smoking grandmother sing better than her. Demi and Selena on the other hand acctually have some solid talent. miley happens to be a very talented girl, whos made mega bucks for disney, is a worldwide performer, and not only that she can be 2 people in one concert, and has done so much for disney wearing wigs working all the time…she happens to be a very talented girl as well as demi and selena the three of them can make a lot of money and disney is crazy to fire miley..so many people look up to the three of these girls and thats that.
