Page Six outs the Times staffer who uttered the gay slur (fag? faggot?) as Michele McNally, the director of photography and assistant managing editor. But she will go unpunished, because the slur's receiving party is a mere freelancer — which has the Times gay brigade in an uproar.

it is not just gays that are affected by this person. How about the workers that have been there for years that McNally did not hire? The ones who get the worst hours and the worst assignments. Some might say McNally is anti catholic because she gives the Deacon the worst hours on the photo desk and will not allow him his Sabbath day off to observe or do his ministries even though he has been with the paper 29 years from copy boy on up, 2 publisher awards from the owner himself, covers the super bowl every year……….and guess what world?….the union is involved and is a step away from lawyers pouncing on the NYTIMES and teh Catholics are ready to protest outside the building. McNally ahs broken so many union rules its amazing she still has a job. oh………and the union has DOCUMENTED proof of the discrimination and civil rights lawyers have been sent packets of it. So……someone please explain to little old me who does not work for the NYTIMES how this fabulous newspaper could allow this person to be on the mastiff when they clearly are a liability? How about Business 101.
