There Comes a Time When Web Personalities Should Stop Talking

Former Fox News and current Daryn Kagan publicist Paul Schur has outdone himself this time around.

Half of you know Schur as the fella who's placed the ex-CNN news anchor in every press outlet imaginable; the other half of you know him as the alleged source behind a number of Fox News item plants.

But today, Schur stands as the former, snagging a Washington Post Style section feature on his star client, who now hosts a feel good video blog.

Except he probably wasn't aware of the craziness that was to follow.

"Sitting in that office, it felt like someone else speaking through Jon Klein, just saying it was really time," Kagan says from her home in Atlanta, which also serves as her studio. For a few months, "I had my sad," she says, employing one of several unique phrasings her friends call D.A.K.-isms, for her initials. But she had always been "spiritual," and she came up with the idea of starting this Web site. She also decided to hold a nurturing weekend she calls "Soulspa," and that "helped me out of my sad."

Jon Klein as a medium from a higher power? "Sad" as a noun? And, uh, "Soulspa?" Next she'll be jumping on couches and attacking Matt Lauer. Careful, Paul. You don't want to be the Leslie Sloane to your Lindsay Lohan.
