These days, it seems likes everything's a popularity contest.
And by looking at the most emailed articles lists from CNN (left) and the New York Times (right), we couldn't help but wonder: What do they have in common? Well, for starters, both sets of readers seem to like their numbers in the headlines. Except CNN types love their animals, while the Times' patrons might need a little (professional) help with their food obsession.
Also: Few people care to share news of any real value with their friends. Then again, that's come to be expected.
