Unauthorized Fallujah KFC Punks Fox News Into Free Advertising
Kentucky Fried Copyright Infringement

Know what American troops in Fallujah are not there to do? Cut down on intellectual property hijacking. Otherwise they might've taken action against whoever is behind the KFC that opened up in the Iraqi city, which last week caused Fox News to report on the progress being made, thanks to the troop surge or something. And this fast food franchise is even said to have a drive-thru, because thanks to "improved security" there, driving cars is completely safe. Except anyone buying Colonel's Crispy Strips at the Fallujah is doing so at an unauthorized KFC.

Says KFC owner Yum! Brands: "This store is not approved by KFC International and we have [been] working with the US Military to warn the troops of this situation."

Then how did the report end up on Fox News? One theory suggests a Marine wrote about the KFC location and uploaded video of troops checking it out, which is shown here.

So either the Fallujah KFC is simply a rip-off version of the original, or it's a insurgent outpost that's going to battle American troops with salmonella poisoning! Just like the real thing.
