Axed Metro New York publisher Daniel Magnus was supposed to receive six months severance (as well as six months notice) on his $300k contract when he was removed from his post in January, along with nearly 30 others, in a mass restructuring. Except he hasn't been paid a dime, which means he's participating in America's greatest pastime: he's suing. [NYP]
