There were already rumors swirling around this morning that LiLo was not jiving with the cast and crew of Ugly Betty, and particularly with the star America Ferraro. Now the word is Lindsay won't be asked back for another episode, and the scenes she was already in will be left on the cutting room floor. Exactly where the I Know Who Killed Me script was originally found. Lindsay has already appeared in two episodes, and will be on tonight, and next week. But the other two episodes of her character arc that have already been shot will most likely not include the actress, and she will not be reappearing on the show anytime soon.

Sources say, "She was not so interested in creating a character…She was more interested in just playing herself, and that doesn't work on a show like this with such heightened reality."

Yeoch. It takes a lot to kick a celebrity off a TV cameo, especially one has hyped as this. Even Britney was asked back for a second episode of How I Met Your Mother.

This is sad but you know what? Still a step-up from the debacle of Herbie:Fully Loaded and Prairie Home Companion. At least she managed to show up on time for her shootings of Ugly Betty. One day Lindsay, you may actually become a real (professional) actress.
