New Memo Padder Irin Cameron has some interesting celeb-on-media gossip (our fave kind) from Conde Nast (does it get better?) And, from our millions of Kirsten Dunst sightings in Nolita over the last month, we can pretty much verify that this is most likely true.
Kirsten Dunst is way too disgusting to appear on Vogue.
An attempt by Annie Leibovitz to shoot the emaciated Spider-Man star for an upcoming cover (of course to promote Vogue sweetheart Sofia Coppola's new movie) turned out to be less than pleasing to glam staff.
However, the initial photographs were said to be subpar in the eyes of Vogue editors, owing to a botched attempt to return Dunst to a more natural shade of blonde after she finished shooting both films. Leibovitz was apparently sent to shoot a second cover try last week, once Dunst's fried mane was remedied.
Her colorist is said to have warned the actress that dying your hair 17 times in three weeks isn't very good for it. Maybe washing it once in awhile could help?
