Elizabeth is an idiot I wish they'd fire her

Whoopi is intelligent, opinionated, and well-spoken. Hasselbeck is cute and completely empty-headed. It was only a matter of time before she broke out in tears while trying to match wits with someone like Whoopi. This was very predictable.

Oh yea, this is definitely not going up against an emotional and, uh… slightly mentally unstable Rosie O. She could hide behind, "wow this woman is LOCO!" She can't do that in terms of matching wits with Whoopi. It's cute when she tries. She couldn't even get her thoughts together because she's so busy trying to be self-righteous and right. She is way too old to still be so idealistic. Women to the real world Elisabeth, it's not pretty.

Whoopi is intelligent and well-spoken? Whatever. I agree with Elisabeth. Why is it OK for blacks to use the word but not whites?

Black people are now the ones perpetuating the use of the word. Whoppi says "we took a word used aginst us and made it our own." Fair enough. The problem is that it has now become huge in popular culture not because of white bigotry but because many in the black community have popularized it just as these same people have popularized/glorified the image of the black male as a violent thug and the black female as a sexy gold digging "ho". Hasselbeck expresses the perspective not of the liberal elite but of Whites who are trying to confront own racism and our Country's history. The double standard of the liberal appologists, Black and White, perpetuates resentment and stalls the very process of reconciliation which they supposedly advocate.

Because, CMR, people like you can still look at Whoopi Goldberg and ask racist questions like "Whoopi is intelligent and well-spoken? Whatever." EVEN when she speaks with clarity and elegance like in that clip. Racism is why black people can use the N word and whites (and other non-blacks) can't.

Anyway white women always cry when faced with their own racism/ignorance. It is so boring. (No, I don't mean every white woman is racist and ignorant. But that Hasselbeck chick sure is.)

Elisabeth's only a kid, and she totally ate Goldberg's lunch. Goldberg's explanation of the use of the word "nigger" was about as riveting as Jesse Jackson's tirade on Obama.

Elisabeth's only mistake was to cry like a liberal for being right. Rosie is an incredibly ugly human being, and now she's gone, relegated to backwater entertainment venues: Hopefully, Whoopi will soon follow suit.
