You have to step up when you throw a pie at Ann Coulter

Ann Coulter

The other dude who tried to cream Ann Coulter with a tofu pie, William Zachary Wolff is now paying his dues. $915 of them to be exact.

"Wolff was fined $250, but the fine will be suspended if he pays $915 in restitution to the University of Arizona for damage caused to a backdrop screen during the incident …"

"A letter to the editor saying that the columnist's views were so extreme and inflammatory that she deserved to have a pie thrown at her just doesn't get the same message across — to the same audience — as throwing the pie and accepting the consequences."

It's just too bad that they missed the bitch, and now this guy has to pay for ruining a curtain. "Columnist Pie Attack" has such a nice ring to it. So many columnists … so little tolerance for tofu.

Oh well, we couldn't afford the 900 smackers to pay for whatever Versace suit we would ruin while hurling pans at the columnists of our choice, so we'll just keep ourselves handcuffed to our computers.

(Yes, they're laptops, but it would still be hard to throw pies with them hanging from our wrists.)
